OK, i purchased the PG&E Toolkit app for iphone it was $7. It links to your PG&E account and shows what you would pay with each rate plan. You can track daily, monthly, billing cycle or yearly. I changes from Solar E-6 rate to EV-A. Based on my usage from last year i should save $850 before I adjusted my charging times to accommodate the EV-A rate plan
