Phone volume always goes to zero.

Every time I answer the pone the voume is at zero. i madly crank the scroll wheel and hope that I can say something that will be heard before the calling party hangs up.

What is going on?

I have the same problem. I had a mobile ranger come out. He was able to duplicate it and said he would pass my vin onto the engineering team. The more people that report it the more likely a fix will come. At least that’s what he said.

Your phone is your key. BT pairing routes your phones audio through your car. I think many owners would be upset that the phone isn't automatically switching to "hands-free" through the car.

When I'm stopped, I've temporarily unpaired my phone for conference calls.

Someone mentioned it in the Facebook group a week ago and I forget what the fix was but it was some setting.

I had same problem along with FM Radio disappear.
I did 2 scroll wheel reset and after that the phone call was at volume I had it last time. My FM Radio came back as well.
Worth to try.

Reset seem to be a temporary fix… the phone volume issue happen again after a few minutes. Might have to wait for Tesla to send out an update to fix this bug

Incoming phone volume improved after 4.18.2 download

I've noticed the incoming phone volume is more normal than before, since the 4.18.2 update. Anyone else?
