Picking up MY in a few hours, now blank account screen?

Recevied an email yesterday to sign the loan agreement. I then printed it to PDF. Today I get an email to "Loan sign and final balance is due." When I go to the link to review agreement, I get what you see below. All the docs are gone and no VIN. They were there yesterday. Tried from 2 different browsers and a phone. Is this normal right before pickup?

Update, while I wrote this I received the email 3 more times - one every minute. I guess I need to call...

update... Called the Burbank SC and they said they just updated the system for California deliveries and it is "glitching out". But apparently I was issued a $1500 rebate and they will be sending me a check since I already made the down payment.

indeed... But it was nice to know that I will be getting a refund check for $1500. Which will go right into the performance upgrade

actually what happened is they added it to the down payment. So my loan went down $25 a month or so.
