Positive delivery experience at Fremont - issue was fixed on the spot

    Lots of posts with delivery issues/disappointments so thought I'd share a positive one.

    Have had the M3 for a little over one week now and enjoying it immensely.

    We picked up the car from Fremont delivery center and the process was pretty smooth. During inspection, we found the frunk cover alignment to be off - the left side had significantly bigger gap than the right side. Tesla was able to fix it on the spot so we were pleasantly surprised.

    Matt, our delivery advisor, was friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain things and answer the bunch of questions we had. Overall, we were impressed with the delivery experience.

    We went with Tesla financing (US Bank - 3.55%, 60 months) and I feel that helped the delivery process but looking to refi shortly, most likely with DCU (2.49%, 65 months).
