Possible to request a different delivery specialist?

Mine is MIA, ignore emails unless I call customer support to push him and when I do talk to him he sounds uninterested and inattentive. Delivery is scheduled for tomorrow but I dont think its possible, no MVPA to finalize financing and mistakes on the invoice. Is there any reason I should not request a different one?
 
I never even spoke to mine a single time.

I called in to the normal 800 number and the guy I talked to did most of what the Delivery Specialist was supposed to do. Then the rest of it I did over the phone with someone at the SC. Took delivery the day after.
 
Going through the same agonizing process...I send them bank info to generate a MVPA, didn't hear back till I call them, said they'll send one over asap. Then I get an email asking for proof of insurance (which I already uploaded to my account) and an image of my DL to my account. There's not even a place to upload the DL. All the while my lender is closing it's doors for the day (east coast)...
