My issues are just temporary, I wouldn't worry about it. Their techs are pretty responsive.

It's not the end of the world, the hardware is nice, and the way the data/power flow is presented in the app is very 'family friendly' compared to the typical data output from solar platforms. Mine was (apparently) one of the first Texas installs for PW2, so there was definitely some learning on the job. The main issue is the lack of communication from Support, and their speed of response.

Just curious, how do you force a firmware update?

Drive it within a geofence of a service center. Oh wait, that doesn't work anymore ;-)

Anyone know the typical network naming convention for the gateway? I have a lot of stuff on my network, and there's nothing obvious, plus it's connected via a hub so I can't easily trace it back through the switches. Would it be something like RA4E.... ?

Apparently mine was not a software issue. The sensor that tracks all the data was defective, they are replacing it tomorrow. Like I said, temporary issue
