Preconditioning when not scheduled

I turn the preconditioning on my car off because I’m not driving every day and it continues to come on every morning. Am I missing something other than just toggling it off in app and making sure schedule is off in car?

I assume you toggled off all of the options under Scheduled Departure in the app? Are you using Scheduled Charging or nothing at all?

I have a similar problem.

I toggle off the scheduled departure in the app and often it turns itself back on again for the same time the next day. And no, there isn't another driver who sets up a scheduled departure for themselves.

How I wish there was an option to set up a one time scheduled departure rather than the having to use one of the "All week" or "Weekdays" options.

Are you using any 3rd apps that have access to your car?

Also, I would reboot the car.

No, I am not using any other 3rd party apps. However, I did a software reboot on my central display and I was able to toggle off the scheduled departure from my app. Hopefully this has resolved the problem

When I use Scheduled Departure, I make sure I turn it off in the app then check in the car as well. This setting can be a little glitchy at times. You need to make sure that every toggle in the SD section of the app is off - preconditioning and off-peak charging.
