Premium Connectivity Expired ... after 8 months ?

When trying to use Spotify today I got a message telling me that my Premium Connectivity had expired. My car is an LR AWD with Premium Interior which I'm fairly sure gives me Premium Connectivity for 12 months doesn't it?

Should be 12-month. What does it say in Tesla.com account?

Ah - the problem is that the car has disappeared from my Tesla account! Phone no longer working as a key. App on phone says "There are no products linked to your Tesla account".

Also has the date it expires in the settings menu with the software version
