From what I understand, Tesla asked to interview the defendant, but the judge denied the request as it wouldn't be pertinent. Tesla also shot itself in the foot by arguing they gave back free Premium Connectivity, which was introduced as new evidence for the defendant.

New development, the class action seams to have been authorized : Jugement sur la demande d’autorisation d’exercer une action collective (Autorisé)
