How did you determine that your Premium Connectivity had expired? If there was an issue with your payment method you should have been alerted. Does your web account show that Premium Connectivity is gone?

In any case, you can manage your subscription on the vehicle details page of your web account (unless they moved things around recently), so if it expired, just sign up again.
