Price Adjustment

Hi, anyone with an order, and not taken delivery? With yesterday's price drops, has anyone talked to their delivery specialist, and gotten a price adjustment to their order?
I've contacted mine, and am waiting to hear back.

I texted with the sales rep who helped me out, he said the order should reflect the new pricing. My account page has not changed pricing yet though.

I texted my delivery specialist. No work yet. And my account page hasn't changed in pricing yet.
Hopefully we'll get the price adjustment.

Same here. My account page hasn't shown any changes yet. Sales rep texted me today and said I should see adjusted pricing when I'm matched to a car.

Isn't this a given (that Tesla will adjust your price down) since you would otherwise "return" the car and reorder it for less ?

I was just told my by rep that I would need to cancel my order and place a new order. But would have to wait for the refund of the first deposit

I just talked to my rep who checked several times. Apparently, I'm not going to get any price adjustment. The only way to do it, is to cancel my order, wait for my refund, and then place a new order. Apparently, any cancellation right now, and an immediate reorder, would not be entitled to receive the refund of the original deposit!

I though they are giving free FSD upgrade to offset for the price increase. Not interested in that?

My order old order had all of that ... including the FSD.
I did not know that they were giving free FSD to offset.

I think you can return it within 3 days for free and then order again to get the new price.

So after some back and forth, my rep removed the FSD from my order, and said that FSD would be free with enhanced autopilot. I’m asking if we can have it somewhere in writing or in my order.
So yea, that would be fair to me and have it equivalent to the price drop.

I am in the same boat where I ordered with EAP and hoping that I would be upgraded to FSD to offset the decrease in price.

Ya, Same boat here. Ordered last week Tuesday 2/26/19, called Tesla on 2/28/19 and they said once final paperwork is written the new price will show up there.

I am wondering if two weeks is actually going to happen?

@Telstar same. Ordered Feb 7 and haven’t been match. Offered other inventory cars but not the config I wanted. Called Tesla customer service after the announcement and was also told our accounts would reflect the new prices but he couldn’t really say when. Just said to check with delivery specialist which I don’t have bc no VIN/match yet. Hoping for the 2-4 week window too.
