purple headlight icon

I have never seen this before. Tonight, I noticed a purple headlight icon. What is that?

There are two headlight icons that are blue.

One is for high beam and the other is for auto-high beam (it actually works to turn OFF the high beam when you have it on).

Maybe you're seeing them as purple for other reasons? Screen is messed up? Or maybe your vision isn't what you thought it was?

Can't remember offhand, but maybe the screen dimming/night mode also goes slightly more red to make it easier on the eyes?

Turns blue when on 'high beam.' Grey or Gray when on 'auto' and in AP with no headlights on.

That’s your dipped beam or sidelights. Full beams are blue

I don't think the (MS) headlight indication look very different,
high vs low beam. Somehow the distinction is not as evident
as with other cars.

Yes the lines are horizontal with blue-high,
angle down with green-low. But on a quick glance I'm often unsure
which is present. Takes more than one glance to be sure.
