Question about door handle upgrade from Evannex

I saw Evannex is selling these door handle upgrades for the Model 3:

They are designed to make the door handles easier to grip and avoid frozen door handle problem in the winter. They look really nice and aerodynamic. The main reason to get them would probably be to solve the frozen door handle issue since I tend to get some issues with the door handles where I live in the winter. Also, the upgrade would make the door handles easier for my friends when the ride with me, who are unfamiliar with the Tesla handles. The only real con is that I personally like the flush door handles. They are unique and futuristic IMO. The upgraded handles, while stylish, do make the handles look more "traditional".

I am thinking of getting them. Does anyone have the Evannex door handles? Do you like them?

And isn't the frozen door handle solved by pressing hard on the small tip of the handle to break it free?

Personally I'd skip since the handle still opens in an unconventional way. In icy conditions whack it like Tesla instructs.

But hey people stick fake grilles on their cars so this ain't so bad.

It depends. Sometimes, the handle is so frozen that just pressing hard does not work. The handle is completely "glued" to the door. I've had to bang the handle hard to jam it free.

Personally and with respect, the purpose of the flush handles, is to reduce drag. Drag affects range. And if you precondition the car, it should help. My opinion is that it is a retro-grade, non an upgrade.
