Question about the upcoming new vector map, which model will get it?

Just heard the new navigation system are coming this weekend, I just wonder, is this new vector map is for everyone, or it is just for the new MCU?
Mine is the 2014 Telsa, which equipped with the old MCU. Thanks.

I hope that everybody gets it. But didn't Elon tweeted out that he will retrofit Teslas to get the new MCU? Hopefully he doesn't charge people for it.

Doesn’t charge for a $3000-whatever hardware item? Um...

This should be a software-only change - and should be installed in all cars.

And is long overdue - since the current nav software feels like a quick-and-dirty solution they needed to get the first production Model S cars out the door 6 years ago - and has so many flaws and constraints, it's better to replace it than trying to evolve or fix what we have today.
