Question regarding delivery other than license

I’ve been trying to call Tesla but been on hold over an hour each time. I placed an order for model Y but I’ll be moving in a few weeks to a different state. Will they be able to send the Tesla to that state instead of what’s on my drivers license?

You’re close enough to Tysons to stop in and ask someone there. I would think you could change delivery location.
