With Tesla slashing prices for Model Y under 55k to make it qualify for EV credit, what is considered under 55k. For example the order with multi red brings the price to $54,990, but with delivery charges and order fee it brings the price above 55k. Is it still qualified for $7500 tax incentive. Not sure if $54,990 is considered the MSRP.
