Rear A/C defaults to "auto", anyway to disable?

So, I am pretty savvy with tech in general and I am pretty sure I know the answer to this, but this forum has taught me that there is always something I did not know so figured I would post this as I can't find any info at all about it
Could be I am the only one?? It has been like this since new.
Of course, my car also always turns auto wipers off for me every time it goes to sleep so I guess it evens out lol

I don’t know if it’s supposed to revert to auto every time, but try tweaking your seat or mirror position and save your profile, maybe that will save the rear AC setting. For me, auto wipers are in effect all the time unless I change it.

Update:
Tried 4 times today and no good. Still defaults back to auto after car goes to sleep.
I will add it to my service request and post back here once I hear from them.
If anyone else has this issue please let me know so I know if its an isolated thing with my car.

I have the OPPOSITE problem in my MX. My system defaults to OFF after every start. I want to stay in AUTO for my kids in the back.

I will try that today and let you know. Its not what I really want but that would be a better option than having it turn on full blast every time someone gets in the back seat .

its kind of crazy the inconsistencies. BTW I am on FSDb (2023.7.20) . It might matter??
