Are they only doing the P3 badges in the Bay Area so far?

I don't read every thread or visit every Tesla forum, but so far I've only seen posts of Bay Area folks getting it post delivery.

I scheduled an unrelated mobile service call and also mentioned that I'd like my spoiler and badge installed. They came through with the badge but service tech didn't have any eta on the spoiler.
