Anyone ever have an issue completing the checklist profile? My trade info is done, but financing is conditional that I trade my truck in. The only way to complete that task is to trade in the truck. So I am stuck at that point. Because I can't trade it till pick up day. Very weird.

Just complete your profile as a cash transaction without trade in order to have a completed order. When you get a VIN contact CS and inform them you have a trade and need financing. I was instructed to do just that by Tesla.

That's strange. I have a trade in and I show all tasks complete for now, including the trade-in tasks. Next steps for me are insurance, final payment, review agreements, and accept delivery. All grayed out for now.

Yeah those are the steps I need, they show up when I look at the model I ordered, but not the inventory I bought. I guess ill bug chat again.

I would call or text the SA but trust me as you get closer to delivery they will straighten everything out in quick order.

They took the screenshot I gave them and I am in the app. Just did my insurance, only 95 a month. I was expecting to get hammered with this car.

Who's the insurance with? I have a practically perfect record and am in my 30s and it was still almost 150/mo.

I am with state farm, I have it bundled with home insurance. So that helps.

I got my build date as 1/11 . According to SA they can't determine if the infotainment has the ryzen chip until it hits the delivery center.
