the door tweeters are supereasy to replace though. are there aftermarket ones for the door?

no but if the aftermarket speaker would come with that plastic grill it would be a 5 second job each side. they just pull out.
If you have to take the old one out and put the new one in (and perhaps some glue to stop ratteling) id say its maybe a.... <3min job each side.

That said I think theres a high frequency tweeter also in the middle of the dash.
