Looks like 2/20/2021 was a popular date to update, or maybe @studioloft added that field on that date and defaulted it? Regardless here's some idea of how old the information is for undelivered cars. This is not meant to name and shame, only provided as info.

Many more questions are answered here. (Multiple tabs you can navigate to at the bottom where it says "x of 10")

Hm. I had to go back and look. It looks like the spreadsheet started September 18th. I am not sure what is up with the 2/20/2021 entries 🤔

Here's the first 8 entries.. It has grown and changed quite a bit!

What an incredible piece of community collaboration this has become!

@Stro, can we add a purchase price column to the spreadsheet? It would provide a clear view as to whether or not highest price LR & Plaids are only getting built and delivered.

Granted some may not want to put in their purchase price for privacy reasons and I respect that but it would to help the cause... I've mentioned my purchase price in other posts. $87K.

Data does not lie... We can't accuse Tesla of screwing over 2020 and early pre increase order holders unless we have the data to back it up IMHO.
Isn't the purchase price known if we have the order date and configuration?
Base price or with options?

Many variables.. people may get confused.

A proposal - As the default sort date appears to be by order date, maybe we add a shaded row reflecting when base prices increased? We could add a column for base price but everyone in a certain time block would have the same price OR accidently include price+options.
Heres an example of what this might look like. Note the shaded order date. Maybe make it bold text too.

Does anyone have record of what days the big price changes were made?

Just a proposal above. If we don't like it I won't do it :)

Edit: OR add a line between 4 and 5 at the top of the sheet with all the relevant price change dates. I am hoping someone has this data! I could dig but... page 1108 😅

MXP base price went up on January 7th.

I have had an XC40 Recharge through that program since November and it has been perfect. When I showed up to the dealer they took the first month's payment and had the insurance verification ready. Salesperson gave me a tour of the car, got the app set up on my phone, etc. Within a week they had the plates and registration (will vary by state I'm sure) and I was able to swing by the dealer to pick them up.

Shockingly, I didn't need to show up with a 5 page inspection checklist and be prepared to reject the car do to poor build quality!!!!!

The Recharge comes with an J1771 L2 charger (yes, I know it's an EVSE) that has 14-50 and 5-15 (regular 120V outlet) plugs. Doesn't have Tesla range but it's a City car for us. Car has been rock solid. It's disturbing how much I like the hands-free trunk opening feature by brushing a foot under the rear of the car. I use it even if my hands aren't full. Why can't Tesla do this? I also love the headlights. They are so far above MS headlights I can't even describe it.

Very good one-pedal driving implementation. It will aggressively regen all the way to a stop and hold until you want to go. Good practice for my X - we have always had our S in Creep mode which I believe is now gone from the Refresh models). It's plenty peppy too and did great in the recent snow we had (which being Swedish I was confident it would do fine in snow).

So in all I have been pleasantly surprise and it gives me hope as other OEMs move to build EVs

Thanks that was very detailed and helpful 😊 hopefully I have a good experience too!!

I have a full time job so I do not rely on youtube revenue. My last video was about my heat pump experience (which has been nothing but positive, which I explained) but I still lost subscribers and got some negative comments because I started the video sharing the heat pump problems Tesla had and is still potentially having. It's fine. I don't need to lie or hide the truth to make some internet people like me.
Good on ya, that’s why I like your video.

Yes, but the FWD is a major reason for me getting an X.

Yeah, well this is just complete and absolute BS. The aftermarket wheels use OEM yokes to build from. OEM buttons and switches, OEM interface to the car, OEM airbag. They are LITERALLY Tesla yokes with some extra bits added so there is NO safety issue with them AT ALL. This is not dangerous IN ANY WAY. I am leaning towards the Hannshow wheel and I am also planning to add M3 stalks to my build (look out I'm going to kill all the children!). Ryan Huber has taken his MS with an M3 wheel and stalks in for service and they haven't said a word. Dial back the FUD dude. The yoke is a steaming pile of crap (I was able to drive a refresh S) and we are free to make OUR cars more usable if we want to do so. They are OURS. They are not Tesla's and not the NHTSA's.

Seriously, if changing a steering wheel is "frightening" to you, you need to get out more.
if the FWD worked perfectly, then yeah fine. The FWD are buggy...constantly needs to be overridden and you cant carry ski rack on top or cargo boxes due to it. Attracts unwanted attention.

The Y is a great car...just wish it was more comfortable and bigger...which is where the X would fall in. Although I dont like the yoke and FWD. This will be my 3rd Model X. I must be one of the few that will have the X in all seating configs as well as have had the 3, Y, and S. I like changing up cars. Also have Rivian R1S on order as well as a Lucid

Well, ladies and gentlemen,

After many chats with various Tesla employees today, they’ve promise me it’s officially my car. They could not remove FSD without increasing my price to current pricing but that’s ok. Payment has been made. Insurance re-issued (as I had this VIN before it was taken back), and trade-in removed (taking it to carmax myself).

I just have to wait for a message to schedule my pickup. Based on others experience here, this could take some time. I’ve verified my car is in San Antonio still and I’m in Houston. I’ll happily fly to San Antonio to pick it up on the way back from VA next week. But I won’t truly believe it’s mine until I’m sitting in it and I’ve driven off the SC parking lot (no Tesla dealers allowed in Texas).

All I can say is I HOPE it goes through for your sake. It would be the one bright spot on this thread as of late to see one of the earlier reservation holders actually achieve what seems to be the impossible. Best of luck!

Congrats brother 🥺 you’re leaving us lol. Hopefully I’m up next

My youngest has become potty-trained, and my oldest has learned to read and lost two teeth during these 13 months. At this rate, the utility of the MX's silly doors will shift from getting my kids into the car to my kids getting an old man in.
At the current rate, by the time you get your Model X, your oldest will be married, your youngest will be in college, and we’ll all be collecting social security.
