Removal of FSDb timeline - How long did it take you to get Tesla to remove it?

Once the email is sent to [email protected], how long did it take you to get this removed?

I don't think Tesla even includes the email address or the info about it in the Release Notes so is it legacy? It was always hit or miss and I suspect all FSD Beta errors just went straight into a blackhole.

The question is the removal of FSDj via the email address, and not the reporting of bugs.

I understand but I'm thinking Tesla may not be actively (or for sure regularly) monitoring the email anymore since it was originally setup for reporting bugs.

Emailing Tesla: 3 weeks, sent 3 emails, no response, no action
Creating Service appointment: few minutes, immediate action

When did you create the service ticket? I tried this a few months ago and was told the only way was to email the [email protected] email address.

Kinda looks like you may have gotten lucky and an interested service adviser and not a Tesla policy. If 11.5.x doesn't move up I'm going to try but like so many things Tesla it looks like your results can vary.

I got the "can't do it at the SC," response, so email only for me... Still zero action on the emails I sent Tesla last week.
