Removing headliner: how to guide?

Hi all,

Relatively new here, looking for a step by step how to regarding removing all the headliner pieces, since I'm going to spray the beige fabric/grilles/other trim (dirty & yuck) to a darker color, probably gray, maybe black. I saw a few posts on the same topic without any details, and the dude that is rebuilding the flood damaged S has a extremely high level view, but I'm looking for a more detailed guide if it exists. Would like to know how each of the pieces comes out, where the clips are, etc., so I don't break anything or trigger any airbags accidentally

Did you get anything finished on this? I'm interested in this as well either to spray it black have recovered in Alcantara. The good thing is that with all of the glass, there isn't a lot of material. I've even wondered if it is possible to just tape everything off REALLY well and spray the headliner already in the car.

The passenger side seems to be clipped on tight but the drivers side is a little loose?
