Replaced 2013 MS with 2018 MS - Slacker??

Delivery yesterday - a zoo.

But first thing my wife noticed driving home was no Slacker. Do we need to subscribe now or just something Delivery forgot to do.

There should be nothing special you have to do, it should be ready to work when u get the car. Give service a call or email and ask if that it is still like that tomorrow.

Thnx but started working today - we did nothing.

We have several things not working yet. Deliveries (last hours of quarter) were very rushed and although we traded in a 2013 model, - things being slightly different - we didn't get the proper intro like last time. Just assumed we knew everything. Still can't get the car to unlock walking up to it w/o pressing Fob. (Yes we did enter in the settings to do it.) Today at work, it was unlocked all day.

You might have already done so, but double check the following...
Check control -> settings -> locks and security
Passive entry should be turned on for auto-unlock on walk-up
Auto lock on away will lock the car when you walk away far enough
