It a very low volume market so it's unknown that it will stop at $40K.

On the plus side, they're cranking them out faster now. #113's original pack had a brick go bad at the beginning of July, so I got in line for the 3.0. They told me then that it would be 6-12 months just to get the pack built. Received a voicemail from Tesla earlier this afternoon. There's an R80 pack sitting at the local service center with my name on it . Just shy of 4 months.
