I recently had an issue when reversing into a spot in a parking ramp where the reverse camera was very very dark. It wasn't black, I could still make out some objects, but it was as if the software was setting the exposure very low to compensate for bright light. However, there was no bright light behind me and I was backing up against a wall. Off to my left, but out of camera view, there were open areas of the ramp where the bright outdoor sunlight was visible, but these could not be seen on the screen. I had my friend confirm that the reverse lights were on.
As I got closer to the wall, the screen suddenly brightened and I could see again. Has anyone else experienced this? It did this a while back in the same spot many firmwares ago, but is still doing it on 2019.12.1.2.
