If you’re aware of a problem with a road, signage, etc., that might confuse FSD, you can (and should) report it to the appropriate road department (state, county, etc.)
Near my house, there’s a twisted stop sign that was viewable by the wrong lane. This was confusing FSD. My car would brake on a 45 MPH road (of course, I overrode, but an inexperienced driver, or someone unfamiliar with the area could cause problems).
As this was a state road, I reached out to NJDOT,.
Hopefully, they'll address the situation.

Your town, or county, should have a similar webpage

Tesla still doesn't understand basic traffic signs so no use getting others fixed. I have problems everywhere there are speed limit signs that state "END" - Tesla ignores it and sets the speed to the sign anyway, sometimes slamming on the brakes as it missed the first sign.
