Rubbing noise/clunk on decel

I’ve got a ‘20 Model 3 AWD LR, got on Christmas Eve. Currently has 1900 miles on it and I love it, but... shortly after pickup I’ve noticed an intermittent rubbing noise. The noise is like a rub that oscillates faster with faster speed. Rub...rub..rub.rubrubrub faster and faster. I’ve taken both front tires off and examined them and rotated them side to side (thus reversing the tread). There’s nothing in the brakes (not a squeak or squeal either). The wheel wells look fine. The noise seems centered in the front of the vehicle. There is also a very loud clunking noise on decelation from about 15-5mph. Clunk, clunk, clunk and surges with each clunk. (Regen decel no brake used). Anyone have similar issues? I’ve uploaded a video to YouTube. https://youtu.be/51rvDTw1K7E
