Rusty Hubs

Just picked up a 2013 p85 w/27k miles. The car is mint and drives great. Prepping to paint calipers and noticed rust around the hub. Going to clean up and paint with hi-temp paint but curious if anyone else experience this?

Not as bad as my "used" CPO I picked up from Tesla last June.

The Fremont delivery center is dark inside so I didn't notice it until the next day.
