Ryzen browser benchmark - how does it compare to Atom?

I’d imagine they are using an APU rather than a dedicated GPU.

It is definitely an APU, no way they would put a graphics card in a car!

Nah, the tear downs have shown there’s a dedicated GPU in addition to the APU. Same as the S/C (Navi23 variant). Just doesn’t seem to be used yet (even on those cars).

Looks like you’re right, at least I have found that the Model S Plaid has a Navi 23 GPU connected to a PCIE 4.0 x8 interface. Do Ryzen M3 & MY have the same CPU & GPU?

At least based on the tear downs from China, yes.

Crikey, so my incoming MY’s GPU is going to be almost as powerful as the RTX 3070 Ti in my gaming PC!

have there been specific teardowns of the 3/Y? that was what I was wondering - I’ve seen the teardown of the S with the dedicated GPU and possibly they could have pulled it for cost reasons on the 3/Y. but perhaps better to have the entire fleet refreshed at a common power level
