S. Rear hatchback latch not latching

It was replaced about a month ago and has stopped working again. I have done the hard and soft reboot with no luck.

Also and perhaps relatedly…when closed the right side of trunk is a tiny bit higher than the left side…the crack just a tad larger.

ideas?

Turn the black circular pad clockwise at the right rear of the car body when the trunk is open to level the trunk lid with the body. This may fix all the problems.

Ooh. Sounds promising. Where exactly is the circular pad on a 2015?

Here is a video. My 2020 Model S has these same adjusters on it, so I assume your 2015 will too. Start around 1:35 in the video to get to the point.
