Mass supports further EV proliferation. I wish we could drive in the HOV lane while the study was going on, but the rest of the measures are good long term wins.

Is this the bill that was recently approved by the House and signed by the Governor? I saw a story in the newspaper a week or so about such a bill.
I am glad to see the provision that (seems to) allow cities and towns to fine people who park in spaces reserved for ZEVs.
