Salvage-Titled Vehicle High Voltage Safety Inspection For Model Y

Does anybody know if a salvage Model Y can pass this safety inspection to be able to supercharge? I buy salvage vehicles for myself and fix them up. I want to buy a salvage model Y but I want to know if I can then supercharge it after I pass the inspection. Everything I'm reading online says that this is not yet available to the model Y or Model 3. I tried to call Tesla directly to get an answer but no one is answering my question and I'm ****ing tired of calling. Does anybody know this answer? I would rather not drive to a Tesla service center that's an hour away from me to ask this question

You should be able to use a CCS charger anyway, even if you don't have (yet) the Tesla Supercharger access.

Model X and Y are not being unlocked by tesla.
I took my salvage X for the HV 2 part inspection at my local tesla service center.
After they did all the tests. They called me and Informed me that although there is a service procedure to do the inspection, Tesla HQ is not unlocking the blacklisted Y and X at the moment.

We went thru the process for our model Y back in August & they said it wasn’t yet being reinstated. Has anyone gotten any updates ever since on Model Y?
