I’m also having the same issue I’ve tried many address’s in the uk and it does not work. In the past just typing the city would work. Any ideas on how to schedule a service?
As @NorfolkMustard mentioned above. It seems that you have to enter your full address inc postcode, as the Ranger is now part of the selection process.
I noticed this a few weeks ago when trying to book a SC visit and only using a city name but only giving me a selection in Portugal. Once I entered my Full address it worked with the option of a home/work visit via a Ranger. I did notice that my works address did not work but my home one did.
I think Telsa now need your full address/location so they can tell the Ranger where to go if you choose that option.
