Scheduled Loot Vanished.....

Several weeks ago I picked the black signature wall connector to cache in my two referrals. The loot box showed scheduled after that. But then sometime in the last week, the loot box disappeared from the app altogether and I've not received any ordering or shipping confirmations.

Anyone else see their scheduled loot vanish?

The referral program folks were sad that they aren't getting many emails anymore so they removed the loot box from the app so that they get flooded with emails again!

On Monday, I got a shipping notice of a Tesla shipment from Fed Ex (since I am registered with them) but nothing from Tesla.

Did not receive the email to upload my image for deep space!

I have a fedex account too and can see all incoming shipments to my address but nothing from Tesla so far.

Not any more. That was the point of the post. It disappeared about a week ago.

I don't recall exactly but the "scheduled" status for wall connector may have come after I clicked on the award and accepted suggested shipping address when it said it was "available". I don't' recall the previous status indication for the wall connector.

Hmm - the lootbox is completely gone from the app it seems - so where can we see our status? Nothing on tesla.com it seems..

Just a couple of weeks ago, I received my black signature wall connector (9 months after the referral) with absolutely no notice from Tesla whatsoever. Just showed up.

I'd bet your earned rewards will come… someday.

Yes, that's exactly what my loot box showed but now the loot box missing completely from the app.

Your awards will randomly show up. You won't get a notification from Tesla.
