Yeah, the rears go quick. Mine were toast at 30k miles (60k rated tire). I replaced the rears and kept the original fronts. The fronts were still serviceable at 66k miles, when I replaced all 4. Rotate every 5k and you should do a little better.
Doesn't look like even wear although looks typical for a Tesla. Rotation may help with the theory the front will have more wear on the outside of the tire when cornering.
Use less acceleration and less regen. (Both matter; just because you aren’t touching the brakes does not mean you aren’t scrubbing rubber off your tires - they are working hard!)
Keep acceleration (both directions) to lower than 0.2g and you’ll probably do a lot better.
Might be things you could do with alignment or inflation too…wear looks a bit uneven.
Tire rotation will help distribute wear more evenly.
