Service Centers not pushing the newest firmware

Hi,

Me and some friends of mine have the same experience after visiting the SC for various reasons (yearly scheduled maintenance, light replacement, A/C service...), the SC states, that the cars firmware is up to date despite the TeslaFi firmware tracker indicating othervise. (Recent experience with FW 2018.50.6 and 2019.4.3).

Someone with similar experience?

consider yourself lucky. let the other folks get the bugs, the random stopping with autopilot, the audio mishaps, etc... When you're ready, you'll get the firmware (note: not "upgrade")

I haven't used TeslaFi before but does it account for the different country you are in? Tesla releases different firmware updates depending on the car being NA, EU, ect.
