Aha. That’s strange if they’re doing it where they live.
Maybe issues with home chargers. Else I don’t see a reason why.

why would you waste your time at SC charging to 100%?!....

i never understood people charging for 100% - it makes very little sense.

I've charged to 100% at SC's a few times.

Always heading into areas bereft of charging infrastructure on holiday and wanting sufficient charge to get where we are going, drive about as we wish for a week ....and then get out again!
