So, What's Next

10 days ago, I got the configuration e-mail. Since I have uploaded and completed all the prerequisites including securing financing. Green check marks across the board. When we purchased our Model S we were given regular updates like "Your Model S has entered production and is being built" etc.

So, for those that have already gotten the M3, what is next? All my account page says is that a delivery specialist will be in touch blah blah blah.

Should I expect to see the same sorts of updates as my M3 is built or will my next contact from Tesla really be from a D.S. saying: "Hey, your car is built and here at the S.C. ready for pickup.

I think you should expect the same sorts of updates, but they probably haven't figured out when your car is going to enter production.

Not that I've even seen the configuration e-mail yet.
But that's ok, wasn't really wanting the first run this time anyway.
