Software update 2020.36 disappeared

The main screen indicated an update was available to 2020.36. It said connect to Wi-Fi to download. I rebooted the console. It came back up and started downloading. The app on my phone also indicated the download was in progress. I did some other things for a few minutes and checked the app. There was nothing about an update and the revision showed the previous 2020.32.3. I looked on the nav screen and it showed the old version and said I was up to date.
Where did it go?

It is good to reboot after the download and the update has successfully installed. I'd recommend starting the download from the screen or app next time it appears as being available. Reboot if you want after the car says it has successfully upgraded the software. You may have interrupted the sequence by rebooting before installing the software update. Also, it likes to be connected to WiFi to download more quickly. Perhaps you never connected to WiFI.

More likely that version was removed from distribution because of some bug.

2020.36.3 was just released yesterday. Probably contains some fixes to the original 2020.36.

I have 2020.36.3.1 now. Interestingly when I said to update 2020.36 that it came back and said failed. Then I went to MSP later to find it was updating. When all is done I now have 2020.36.3.1. Not a clue !!
