Solar edge app users: how do you get the app to monitor consumption?

Hey all, just got monitoring access for the solar edge app. I noticed it doesn’t monitor consumption. It just measures energy production. How do I get the consumption?

It would have been a lot of extra work I was told, so no way for my install

Hardware needs to be installed before the software will work. Your installer can tell you if he installed the hardware. I is in addition to the normal inverter installation. Perhaps your installer set it up incorrectly. I can't offer much more help because I do not have that function on my system.
