@jboy210 said. If you follow this thread, you can see I had the same struggles and it seems like it depends on how informed, or how willing to help the person on the other line is. I've had ones that were pessimistic, I've had ones that stepped up and spoke to other people within Tesla Solar on my behalf, and I have ones that were overly optimistic. It sucks that the process is like that, and it's a shame that Tesla seems to not be focused at fixing it. But if I were you, I would keep calling and explain your situation to whoever is willing to listen. You may get one that will go out of his/her way to help you.
If you go back to my other posts within this thread, I've had people tell me a variety of things. From my order date in May, someone told me it should be installed by July to; it's impossible to get it installed by the end of the year to; your permits are done and you will be contacted by the install team soon.
I know it's easy enough to bite the bullet and just go with a regular roof and be done with it, but the way I look at it, you already waited this long. What's the status on your account? What stage is it in?
