Solar Roof Underlayment Change?

I live in Central Florida and had my solar roof installed the middle of March.

The installers stated they only use the Tesla brand now and discontinued the Firestone stuff around the first of the year.

Not sure if that is nationwide or just in this area.

My roof was installed on 01/21/2021 with Firestone. Dunnellon, FL.

Old thread, but my Firestone underlayment melted!!!
Tesla came out and removed my roof down to the rafters and re-built it with the new Tesla branded underlayment (and the new solar tiles). All on their dime (or Firestones-I heard there was a lawsuit over this).

Wow. How did you know there was something wrong with the underlayment.

Maybe I can get them to replace my roof with the latest underlayment and tiles.
