Something rolling around inside a door...

A couple months ago I shut the rear passenger door and something went rattling down inside the door like a pinball machine.

Then over the past few weeks while driving on the highway I’ve noticed a rattle from that area of the car.

There are a couple plugs on the bottom of door so I got a borescope and peered in there... attached is what I found.

Anyone else have this problem? Something from the door handle? Window mechanism?
Fwiw the door and window work fine (seem to work fine) but I’d hate to have something like the door handle fly off at speed.

This video might help you to recognise a part inside or learn how to remove the cover to access the inside of the rear door?

I’d schedule a service appointment and attach a photo. Might be something mobile could handle. It’s also possible something could be missing and you wouldn’t find out until you had things apart. Gotta be a warranty issue.

I had a screw pop off in my front passenger door. no idea how it happened but it would roll forward and back as I stop and go. Mobile service took care of it.
