Speed assist not working?

Hi all,
I have just had a new 2024 Model 3 delivered and my first Tesla and I can’t seem to make the Speed assist work.
I think it might have worked until I updated to the latest software - 2024.2.8
Now, if I exceed a limit there are no chimes but there is a warning triangle (see below) in the top right of the speed limit sign.
I’ve looked though all the menus and can’t seem to find any way to re-enable this.
Any ideas?

Speed Limit ModeWhen enabled and the driving speed approaches within approximately 5 km/h of the maximum speed, a chime sounds, the touchscreen displays a message, and Model Y sends a notification to the mobile app. You can also touch Security > Speed Limit Mode to enable from the Tesla mobile app

The alert message is not normal. It’s a new car, have Tesla fix it.

Isn't this the new EU required "safety" mandate? I'd be surprised if you CAN tinker with it, but if it were me, I'd be thanking my lucky star that it didn't chime all the time!

Search the manual on your car for "speed assist".

If nobody here at TMC can help, its a valid question to ask at your local Service Center.
