Speed Limit Issue on Auto Pilot

What is the speed limit on the highway you are driving? Is it really 30 km/h? You did not make that clear. If so do you really expect the car to assist you in reckless behavior?
You must be on undevided roads. It only allows higher speeds on divided highways, not back/secondary roads.
its a local high way. No speed limit posted, but its a road where the speed limit is 120 kmh, Hopes this helps.
and I can't set any thing higher
how to fix the issue? should I change from speed limits to current speed in the cruise set speed?

If the maximum speed is limited because of the type of road you’re driving on, there’s nothing you can do to change that. For other roads, you can increase the speed limit using the scroll wheel (in LHD cars, it’s the right scroll wheel).
Will it set at a faster speed on other roads?
If not, then you may have the max speed turned down.
When I have this problem, the source of it is bad map data. Map data is terrible in northern rural Wisconsin, so many speed limits are set arbitrarily low, far too low to be useful. Like 25 or 35 in a 55 low. There are places where the 55 limit is posted, and within seconds of recognizing this, it reverts to bad map data and immediately slows down. I have pointed this out many times to Tesla service, but I suppose if they can’t get the stop signs right, or know if a road is two way or one way, speed limits are pretty far down the road.

Tesla Service can’t do anything about software bugs or bad map data. Tesla Support would be the way to go, if there was a way to reach them.
