Spotify Playing only when Car Not Moving

I have a weird issue. Spotify plays only when car is not moving. When car is moving, it will finish playing the song when it's parked, and then doesn't play anymore. Then I have to play radio because I don't have premium connectivity. Looked at other threads and I tried soft rebooting but doesn't work either. Any idea why? I thought it has to do w/ car mode and removed the spotify app on my phone and it's still acting the same.

If you don't have premium connectivity, then it sounds like Spotify is working when you are on your home network, then not when you are driving, then again when it reconnects.... Try connecting to your phone hotspot if you have one and see if it works
