There really isn’t a “spring” release, per se. Tesla releases software whenever there are improvements or bug fixes. I have had at least six updates in the last two months, and both our vehicles are on 2024.3.25 (FSDs 12.3.6)
Finally Got is last night 5/13/24. I have 2023 MX and had previously had 2024.8 ...I also got the 30 day free trial. One nice surprise was that the rear vents now will stay on once you set them. At least for me it did. So finally I don't have to manually turn them on each time!

Got 2024.14.6 on my 2023 MX and not seeing "Auto Shift" - only previously existing one that is "Auto Shift out of Park". I was expecting it to be available per the whole "New X" on 2024.14.6 Official Tesla Release Notes - Software Updates
I'm long overdue for an update too (although not as overdue as you). I usually get one around day 3 of a wide release. That means I should have had 14.6 yesterday. Got passed over by 14.5 as well.
I've been on 8.9 since Apr 8th. FSD v11.1 sucks on 8.9.
Auto shift beta is awesome! Works perfectly for me and really gets rid of the annoying need to swipe the screen when backing out of garage or parking. Almost as good as a “stalk”!
