Still waiting for referral code SC miles

I have one referral that shows delivered under "my referrals" but no miles in the loot box.

Removed CC on file and supercharged but then got angry screen and email saying I needed to pay balance so I did

I've emailed a couple times but only received automated reply....

Same here, with April purchase. I've had 2 responses from them, both saying they're backed up, and the credit should appear shortly. That was weeks ago...

I’m not quite sure what’s “backed up”. It’s so frustrating because I don’t typically need to supercharge except this summer when we’re living away from home for a couple months...

It is the advertisement to refer my friends so I can get 1000 miles. There is no reward miles like some have shown

If I go into "my referrals" I can see the referral and in green font it says "DELIVERED"

I agree. It was instant for my referrer, but not me?? When do they cut off SC access for not paying?

We’ve been loyal to Tesla since early on, but like many I’m considering other options. My Rivian reservation is looking really nice considering our X lease is up Jan 2021...

An update to my situation, still haven't gotten them, but per the email from the referral specialist at Tesla, I did everything right and I will get them within 6 weeks.

Who knows if thats true

Similar issue here. Referrer got the credit instantly, I’m still waiting. Only been 3 weeks so far, but sounds like I’ve got a while to wait. Additional complication is that my loot box is missing from the app. Support can’t figure that one out. Anyone else?

So I used a friend's referral since in VA I couldn't double dip. The miles showed up immediately, but it was incorrectly deducting the amount of miles used. That issue got fixed, but starting July 3, last week, the miles disappeared completely from my lootbox. Now I have charges on my credit card for supercharge use since that day. Emailed support, haven't heard anything back.

Sigh, these issues are very frustrating. Why is it so difficult for Tesla to get this right?
