Completely agree. And in fact, for the few times I had to bring my Chevy Volt in for service, I ALWAYS got an Enterprise rental. Tesla promised loaners, and keeps changing/reducing their policy. I'm sure they'll end up halting Uber credits at some time as well.
 
I have this conversation often enough with friends and strangers. I tell them that the good outweighs the bad, but only by a hair.

Between the poor reliability, not being able to get in touch with service, high repair costs, the over-promising and under-delivering, etc. I likely would not buy a Model S again, nor would I recommend it. I might buy another Model 3 when my battery warranty expires in a few years.
